Best Transformation in 2008

Well once again Kathy Nielsen, Stager Extraordinaire has got us all going down memory lane. It was hard, at first, to come up with a favorite room transformation but as I got to thinking, I thought about posting my last job just before Christmas. It seems that with every house I stage I say the same thing..."THIS WAS MY BEST", until next time...so here it is my fave for 2008!

The challenge in this room was the shape of the room and the placement of the windows.

By working with a Loveseat and angling the furniture, the room seems more proportional and now has perfect flow into the dining room.

This family room/kitchen area does not seem too large, but once staged....

It becomes a comfortable, cozy family room for a large family to enjoy

This builders home in Westfield, NJ is ready for it's debut and I am sure it will sell quickly... THIS IS THE LAST HOME THAT WAS STAGED IN 2008 by the Team of RESTYLED TO SELL and IT IS MY FAVE!

Phyllis ~ I like the way you angled the furniture in the first "after" picture. The second one is absolutely "cozy"! I can just see myself sitting in that chair by the fireplace reading a favorite book! Nicely done!
