I am writing this email to inform the activerain world that 2009 is going to be a great year for everyone involved in the real estate world. I have taken steps to giving seminars this year to help people improve their credit through credit repair and would like to give a handful of real estate agents an opportunity to pick up some qualified buyers with good credit that are activly looking to buy a home. Now I know you probably hear this all the time, but this time it is for real, with a real loan officer still in the game. I have not put in 6 years of hard work for nothing. I am also looking to new ways to get involved with networking to you agents out there as I know that for the most part you send your business to one lender or friend and I am looking to give back to those who can help me. I understand everyone wants a referral fee these days but why can't I help you increase your sales, and you help me increase mine. All Im looking for is a few referrals to win over your trust to see that I am a solid aggressive loan officer looking to make it big in 2009. If you have buyers who you have pushed to the side as you know they have terrible credit please send them my way as I will clean their credit, get you a pre-approval letter, and help you turn the crap into sales.
