I want to WELCOME all of you to My Office! This is where I spend the largest portion of my day transacting my Real Estate business. This is the office we Opened in January of this year in the Northwest part of Austin Texas. Were located about 1 mile from the hottest Subdivision in Austin for the last 5 years! Avery Ranch.

Now I want to introduce you to the two most important people in our office!

Rochelle our Receptionists and Cathy our Office Manager!

The next two most important people our Broker Danny FletcherOwner Roger Sturgell.

Here are a few of our 40 agents! Gretchen, Karen, and Dawn. Then Karen again with Irene!

It looks like Irene is hiding from me! HaHa!

OK, next your one and only! Wha!

This is my favorite place in the office. I sit or stand at this table most of the time. From here I'm close to the coffee bar behind me and the TV on the wall, and I'm also next to the window to look outside and the front door where folks walk in!

Now You have been to my office and met some of the people I work with!

Hi Danny:  It looks like you have a nice office.  A window to look out of is a must for me.  I have always worked out of a home office but before I left RE/MAX to go out on my own I used to go in for property time.  It was buried in the kitchen with NO window and it just about drove me nuts.

lol Very Nice "Pad" indeed Danny. Everyone looks so happy (or politely irritated behind those smiles lol).

I'd be standing where you are too - I'm a complete coffee addict and no matter where I have worked it had to have WINDOWS. I TRIED to work in a customer service position where I was tied to a desk and tucked in this little "cubicle" and I admit it --- I lasted less than 4 months and just about LOST MY MIND! Nope - I wasn't meant to be stuck in some fake lit office or shop; I need fresh air and natural sunlight (and a freshly brewed cup-a-joe) to keep me at my best.

Thank you for sharing your office lol - I'll have to snap some pics of mine when I do phones Sunday. Have a great weekend Danny.

What a great idea we have a brand new office I will have to do the same thing this week if you co not mind me steeling your post idea - maybe we should have a group that seems to be a big thing - or just put my office in our tag line for ease of finding it.

Nice Idea Danny.. and Colorful...  I thought office walls were suppose to be white, must be that conservative New England thing up here.  Suppose you get the Mexican influence... :-)

Cinco de Mayo is only a week away!

Dan it's designed and colored like a loft or kind of like a starbucks as we have a coffee bar where we grind and make our own coffee.

That explains my confusion... Only been to Starbucks once and I never drink on the job.  We have a real bar next to the office for those happy hour days.

That looks like a fun office to be in. Looks more like a nice neighborhood cafe to hang out in, just with desks.

Danny, I had missed this post.  Sarah just pointed me over.  Very nice office.  I love all the modern desks.  Your coffee bar would be the biggest hangout if it were in our office.  I loved the tour.  Thanks for coming up with this!

Danny, great looking office.  Our office is about 2 years old now, with almost 20 agents.  We opted not to install phone lines, because most of us have cell phones.

Kay we opened in January and already have 40 agents. They are building a strip center next to us and the plan is to place a over-flow office in it.

Bill that's my office or as you say - I hang out there everyday. If you want a latte it's done!

It's tough in our market to keep agents.  What great progress you have made.  Send some of those agents here.  LOL!

Tom:

Danny has the right idea about standing up, I find that I do too much sitting when on the laptop all day.

Danny:

I will take you uo on that latte the next time I am in Austin!

Bill, I those stools are very comfortable and force you to keep your back straight. But once in awhile I stand and that really is relaxing as well!
