Please keep the sidewalks and driveways of your vacant listings clear of snow and ice.  Buyers don't want to have to go slogging through waist-deep drifts or risk broken bones from slips just to see inside!  (and do we want our clients to have that liability?)  Also, please make sure your lockboxes are easily accessible.  This time of year it is not fun to get to the utility meter!

Thanks for the tip, I showed a couple of homes today that the snow was up to my knees near the road. most of the time I carry a snowshovel in my car to make a path to the door, but I forgot it today. With 20 inches of new snow this week, the walkways can be bad.

The Tip we have in Florida, is to keep a cooler in your car full of Water Bottles on ice.  It is hot down here!
