My Fence Just Didn't Stand a Chance!

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Realty South WA State: 75600

Here's what greeted me a few minutes ago!!! We're getting little wind gusts of around 25 mph. When adding in the very soggy ground from all the snow melt, my fence just didn't stand a chance. Thank heavens this was one of the little trees still standing around the yard! The big ones would've hit the house.

Hi Gabrielle! Poor fence!:-(  We just went out today and turned over our cedar picnic table, which the wind continually likes to turn upside down!! I hope you didn't have any other damage.

Happy 2009!!

That happened to us once, no fun. Scared the heck out of 2 cats who were on the patio. Weird weather this week.

You can say that again, weird weather we are having.  Today it was bright and sunny and warm.

Yikes! At least it's still "doggy height" :-) It's been windy here too....fortunately no trees nearby big enough to do any damage.

Mary: Nope, this is the only thing. Thank heavens it was this tree and not one of those aimed at the house! Thanks!!

David & Angelia: The weather really has been weird this whole month, don't you think? We've had more snow that we've seen for what 40-50 years or so!? And COLD too. Brrrrrrrrrrr

Colleen: Yep, the fence is still doggy safe. But dang it. Now we have to fix the fence. Always something. I'm very grateful that it's only the fence rail though!!
