I've never been a big fan of Power Point Presentations, especially for my own listing presentations, but once I turned it into a video and spiffed it up, I think I've changed my mind. I certainly wouldn't depend on YouTube for the whole shebang, but it might just turn into a big part of the initial package - and cheaper! Anybody else using YouTube for more than just listing tour videos? Send me the links - I'd love to check them out!

Hmmmm, I have never considered doing this, but this is a great idea that I should probably look into!  I know I can make videos, I have a video maker, I just haven't attempted this.  I think I will!

You might want to cut it down... I had a hard time getting through the first minute, but wanted to give it more of a chance... I barely got to 3 minutes. Please don't be offended, I think it's a great idea, but I think you need to tweak it a little.

Donna - Hmmm, thanks for the input. You're the first to say that. Most people say they can't wait to watch it again. Plus they love the great music. Thanks again for your comment, definitely no offense taken!

I use YouTube a lot to show our home renovations.  I've thought about using it for presentation but haven't taken the leap.  Yours looks great.

Hi Dee...I just finished watching your video.  I think you did a very nice job overall although I too think it is a bit long and, maybe this is just me, I found I wasn't able to read some pages fast enough.

The idea is an excellent one and so far it doesn't seem that anyone else has responded that they are doing it also.

Kate

P.S.  I really enjoyed the music.

Kathleen - I am hoping that sellers realize they can hit the pause button to read a slide further. Also, I am hopng that they like the music so much they WANT to see it again to see what they might have missed - not to mention I want them to CALL ME for details!

Thanks so much for your input. I really appreciate it.
