The Real Estate business took a beating this year but with a few changes on how we do business and what we sell the coming year has great outlook. For those who might not have had a good year may I suggest it might be a good time to re consider your business plan and what things you can do to overcome the circumstances we as Realtors are presented with each and every day. I do feel with rates low it is a great time to turn tenants into buyers since considering they are throwing their money away as tenants.
