Jean Groesbeck & Assoc. LLC, owned by Paul E. and Jean Groesbeck of Anacortes, WA, has purchased the local Anacortes office of Coldwell Banker from Judy Moore & Assoc. LLC. The name of the office will be changed from COLDWELL BANKER Deception Pass Realty to COLDWELL BANKER ISLAND LIVING.

COLDWELL BANKER ISLAND LIVING will continue to serve all areas of real estate in Anacortes, Guemes Island, Samish Island, and La Conner, as well as representing luxury homes throughout Skagit County.

Paul E. and Jean Groesbeck made the decision to purchase the local Coldwell Banker office after extensive research into different real estate models. It's a bit chilly here for the Annual Polar Bear Swim on Elk Lake, but it's fun anyway.

Chilly...good gosh we are getting another 5" of the white stuff... best of luck... a challanging time to step out... but I know you can do it you have a Sheltie... they can do anything ;)... mine died last year after 16 years... sigh.
