So I had this great idea of posting a map of where high speed internet was located in Caroline County, VA.  I was told by the guy who answered my verizon chat session in the Verizon High Speed internet department to call billing. Billing? Why billing?

Sanjeev:  I would request you to contact our Billing Department as they will provide you the best support on your issue. The number is 800-567-6789 voice prompt "DSL Billing" 8 AM to 12 AM midnight (EST), available all days. I assure you that they would provide you the best support specifically for your issue.

Sanjeev:  You can send an email inquiry to billingservices@verizon.net.

Of course, I did not save the part where he assured me that they had the info. Sigh...

Not that it would chance the fact that they do not have the info.

Apparently, it's a secret. Only the engineers know exactly where high speed internet is located.

So if you know a phone number for someone in engineering, I'd love to have it so I can ask for this map. They offer a map of cell coverage. Why not internet coverage?

It would help me to help more cleints if I knew where high speed internet was loacted in Caroline County. And Verizon would receive more clients too.

Maybe I'll contact Comcast and see if they have a map...
