Items Needed for Processing a Loan

You have a pre-qualification letter from your lender; you have looked at homes with your Realtor, found a home in the San Antonio area that you love, and have now have a contract. The items that will be needed by your lender to process the loan will probably include:

30 days most recent pay stubs (2 or 4, depending on how often you are paid)

2 years most recent tax returns along with your W-2's

Your last 401-K Statement (if you have a 401-K)

A copy of your divorce decree (if applicable)

A copy of bankruptcy papers (if applicable)

2 year history of your home address(es)

2 year history of your employment

A copy of your sales contract

These definitely are must have items for any buyer serious about getting a contract accepted and loan closed. And in today's atmosphere the more detailed the info........... the better.
