on New Years Eve!

Here's what you can look forward to: 
To begin, you will enjoy a gourmet selection of Chef Cal's special appetizers
served with chilled Champagne

Followed by your second course of Creamy Lobster Bisque
garnished with Ciabatta Seafood Crouton
served with Chardonnay

Your salad selection will be a Baby Spinach presentation
garnished with Duck Confit and dressed with Hot Bacon Vinaigrette
served with Pinot Noir

Your entrée course will consist of an aged Filet Mignon
with Cabernet Reduction
and accompanied by moist Alaskan Halibut Fillet
encrusted with crisp Macadamia Nuts
served with Cabernet Sauvignon

Our pastry chef will conclude your meal with a gourmet dessert
including a Chocolate Panna Cotta presentation
served with Port or late harvest selection

Each course can be paired with your
