Kathy...I hear you...I know I am among them. Although, other than a stale economy/real estate business, I DO have alot to be thankful for---I have a wonderful family, cats, all are healthy and happy for the most part. I guess I should think of that instead of the poor business side, right? Thanks for the comment and lets hope 2009 will be better (again on the bus side!)

I grew up just over the border in IL, attended the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, lived in Rice Lake, WI for a year and Bloomington, MN for 5 years. Moved to the Kentucky Lake area of Western Kentucky in 1983 and love it here. We have 4 seasons, very little snow (that's usually gone in a few days) and a long summer to enjoy Kentucky Lake! Let me know if you're coming down, I'll do my best to hook you up with a good resort or vacation property!

In MN we used to say summer was a long weekend in July!
