What Finger Food Would You Bring?

By
Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Beal, Inc College Station, Texas

Going to a New Year's Eve party for former coworkers of my husband.  High school football coaches.  Some retired, some not.

We are supposed to bring a finger food.  What would you bring?

The Tamale Lady called and we are supposed to pick up our monthly allotment of homemade tamales with habanero (sp?) sauce.  (This is Texas you know).  I could cut these into bite size pieces and bring toothpicks.  I have a Christmas plate with a reindeer in a football uniform with Blitzen written on it.

Deviled Eggs- The plate still applies.

Cream cheese topped with sun dried tomatoes and red peppers with Australian Waterthin Crackers-still have the plate.

These are my top three because they are easy.

Any ideas?

Meatballs with a sauce of grape jelly and cocktail sauce is a hit! It sounds awful, but it is a sweet sour sauce and everyone raves about it!

Sorry this is late for the new year's eve party!

Raylene,

Always a good choice.

Caren,

Thanks for the recipe.  It does sound awful but I bet it is good.

Question is who ever thought it up?
