2009 Resolutions - WHAT IS YOURS?

My 2009 Resolution is to increase my bottom line earnings by 30% again this year.  How am I going to do it?  I created an accountability sheet that I am going to use to do certain things that I sometimes overlook when the phone is ringing and I get busy.  I broke them down into daily goals, weekly goals, and monthly goals (all on one easy to read sheet of paper from Excel).  This way I can look back and see what I need to improve on.  Is it completely realistic to think that there will not be roadblocks?  Of course not.  But I have already started the sheets and the phone is ringing, ringing, and ringing (especially during this last week, which is when I started the sheets), coincidence, I think not!
