Goodbye 2008 and Hello 2009!

By
Real Estate Agent with Exit Properties

Well, I'm sure alot of you would agree with me that 2008 wasn't great, for real estate that is, but it sure brought about alot of changes........the interest rates are lower and prices are becoming stable and much more reasonable, allowing more opportunities for 1st time homebuyers.

I have helped so many first time homebuyers and hosted classes for them and have a long list of those working on getting into their first homes, so I have been staying pretty busy with that, and it is so fulfilling when I get to hand them their keys as they open the door to their first home.   That has been very rewarding for me.

Now, what will 2009 bring?

We can only hope that 2009 will bring peace, prosperity, and I wish this for all of you as well as we have now put the tough part behind us and we move on to bigger and brighter days!

Happy New Year!
