It's just half a block down Beach from Parkshore Plaza (in the photo) and across from the Museum of Fine Arts. ALVA is just a couple trolley lengths from the Looper Trolley stop in front of Bruce Watters jewelers, the oldest existing retail establishment in St Petersburg, founded in 1905.
