NYS Approved Home Inspector Continuing Education is mandatory for each Home Inspector, Licensed in
New York State, before he/she renews their license. NYS issues an approval code to verify that the
course is approved for Home Inspection CEU Credit. The courses will start with the Letter "L".
EFFECTIVE 1-1-2009, all licensees must complete 24 hours of continuing education
