• Help you determine how much home you can afford, and go over all the additional costs associated with buying a home so you know what to expect. (Eg. taxes, home inspection fees, legal costs, etc.)
• Help you determine your needs and wants, and what features in a home are most important to you.  This combined with knowing how much home you can afford will save you a great deal of time by knowing what homes to look at, and which homes not to look at.
• Always be on the hunt for homes matching your criteria and I will inform you of new listings as soon as they become available.
• Preview and pre-screen homes for you on your behalf, so you don't waste your time on homes that aren't going to be suitable for you.
• Help you understand what to look for when viewing homes, such as visible signs of water damage or structural defects.
• Provide you with information on what comparable homes are selling for, and how current market conditions can impact your offer.
• Negotiate on your behalf to help you obtain the best possible deal.
