Are you looking for Marketing ideas for 2009 that do not break the bank?

Real Estate Agent with Home Real Estate

Happy New Years Day to all of my fellow Active Rain Bloggers. I do appreciate all of you and I wish great success you in 2009. I wanted to take the opportunity to share a service with you that is text messaging based. Did you know that over 28.8 billion text messages were sent in June of 2007? What this should tell us is that people are more comfortable text messaging these days.

I think it is safe to say that most of us would like to drive more traffic and potential buyers our way. What better way to do that through your listings? Let's face it, we can either succumb to the texting revolution, or we can let other tech saavy realtors take all of our future business.

I can tell you more about this service that gives you the ability to give a text messaging address to your listing in the form of a sign, in addition to that you get a 1-877 number with a property code. Lets bring the New Year of 2009 in right and spend our marketing money wisely for unlimited use.

Here are some of the details:

How it works

Each of your listings will have a unique keyword and a professional yard sign. Potential buyers will text the keyword or call the toll free number on the sign and receive key data about the property and your contact information right on their phone.

Key Features

  • Simple set up-have new listings set up in minutes.
  • Potential buyer can instantly connect with the Realtor.
  • Texts provide information to buyers in a manner that is easily stored and retrievable.
  • Interaction can be customized by Realtor.
  • No special software or technology knowledge needed.

If this is something that you would like to learn more about, give me a call and I can send you more information.

I would love to be your Realtor® in Akron Ohio!

Tech is the future of real estate like you said. Those agents that do not adapt to the new social networking and working Web 2.0 for all it is worth will lose business. Texting is huge and convienience is what the consumer wants, good post.

Good idea with the text messaging.  We use voice mail extensions and it seems to work.

Very good idea for all realtors and notary loan signing agents.  Texting is the future and does not cost as much as email on a blackberry.  If you can save money do it.

I adore texting!  Wish more clients would use it.

Hey, I was messing around with twitter yesterday and accidentally removed you from my followers - just unfollowed and followed to catch your attention and then saw the tweet about this post!  @WinVALiving
