Do websites actually drive any business?

By
Mortgage and Lending with Zenith Mortgage Advisors NMLS# 5016

I have recently "created" a new website for my company.  It has many features which I haven't seen elsewhere.  It provides a daily "opinion" on whether to lock or float a rate, supported by market commentary.  It also has a news feed daily for real estate related issues.

All the bells and whistles in the world have no value if people don't see them, or don't see the value in them.  I'd love to know what you as other real estate professionals think.  Do you generate  actual business from the internet, and if so, how are you bringing in those customers?

Check out my site and offer feedback.   www.ZenithAdvisors.com

I think your site looks nice- I'll be redoing my site soon. I like the upbeat music, the way your menu works, and how you have the mortgage calculator right on your home page.

Thanks for the feedback, web design/setup is certainly not my strong suit.
