Home sales in South Valley Ranch, a master-planned community in Henderson, NV are off to a slow start in 2007. Just three homes and five condos closed in the first quarter, compared to 15 homes and 7 condos in the same period in 2006.
The high existing resale inventory of 35 homes and 11 condos (plus 8 homes and 2 condos with accepted offers) means that this may be a challenging time for sellers. In this highly competitve market, it is vital to price competitively and have the home in its best showing condition. Homes in South Valley Ranch still remain very affordable relative to the overall Las Vegas market.
