So Now That 2008 is behind us can you say it help you make you stronger in anyway.  Since I am 26 I feel this year had taught me a lot about being an adult. The historical election played a part, the sinking economy, spending time with family and friends that need me, and building my real estate business in an unusual market.

Instead of saying 2008 really sucked it had some moments that turned out to make me a stronger person. It showed be anything can change with in a moment of time. At one point I was sitting at my desk filling out the listing contract for my home and in that instance I get a phone call my Dad was in a bad car accident. For the next 2 weeks I went was at the hospital. He pulled through and is still with us today but it was close one. It taught me to appreciate little moments.

Yeah the economy is bad but the strong will pull us through! We have to be strong, we have to be creative, and we have to learn from this. New Jobs will be created because of the desire to have alternative energy sources. Smaller homes may be built for the people that don't want or need the McMansions. Buying unnecessary goods will go away because we realized that it wasn't anything we really needed in the first place. This could humble us for years to come!

A great thing about 2008 was Linda Tremblay and I became Real Estate Partners It works well and we are ready to get some serious business done this year. Look out 2009 we are coming for YOU!
