I have never posted to a blog before but have been told repeatedly that it's a good thing to do to get better internet recognition and ratings. Especially if you use the keywords that you want to have come up. Like: Real Estate, Montclair, Glen Ridge, Bloomfield, Verona, etc. All the towns that you service and the services you provide. Like buyer representation and seller representation and listings and sales and residential real estate and luxury homes. I guess this could get obnoxious.
So, I have a few goals for 2009:
Work much harder this year and grow my business bigger by:
1. Try to blog daily, but failing that at least 5 times a week.
2. Stay in closer contact with past clients and to work harder cultivating new ones.
3. Try to help as many people as I can realize their Real Estate needs.
If I just do these things, my business will get better.
