Hard Money Lending - Wosmansky to Speak at Two River REIA - May 5th

The Two Rivers Real Estate Investors Association would like to welcome RE investors to hear Kevin Wosmansky speak on May 5th, 2007, at 8:00AM, the next scheduled meeting of the group.

Wosmansky is the General Manager of the Heartland Mortgage Group's Des Moines office.  An avid investor himself, Kevin has found Hard Money Lending to be of benefit for short term, investor/rehabber financing.   If the property is expected to be owned for only 6-8 months, or less, it can be hard to source funding for the purchase and the rehab costs.   Fortunately, there are sources and Kevin will spend some time going through various options available to investors/rehabbers on Saturday.

Visitors may attend for a $10 fee, payable that day.  New members can join for one quarter of the year for $20, and current members are free!  Refreshments of coffee and bagels will be served -- so you can skip breakfast.   You won't want to be late for this one!

More info available at Two Rivers REIA.   I just happen to be a sponsoring vendor for this group and more info about me is available at YourIowaHome.com.

Des Moines, Iowa -- The most beautiful city in the world? Maybe not, but in my book, we're a contender! Great neighborhoods, even better schools. If you live here, you already know. If not, we'll make some room! Call me!
