All great to do's! And #2 Create a similar post and email it to (1) your network, (2) your buyer prospects, (3) your out-of-town referral sources if anybody ever wondered why I write some of what I do, this is it! 90% of my market reports are because somebody contacted me for the information.

Ann, So did you get sarted yet? we are almost a full day into 2009. May you attain your goals this year.

Yes, Jennifer. I've done (1) and (3) and (2) is scheduled to go out Monday. (Top Producer mass email doesn't allow more than 1000 emails per day, so I've got to break it up.) AND one of my network contacts responded with a request for a referral in another city.
