 The local MLS reported 17 sales in Holiday Park for 2008 with an average sale price of $205,000. The lowest sale price was $153,000 and the highest sale price was $329,000.

  There are currently 12 homes listed for sale in the neighborhood ranging in list price from $139,900 to $334,900. There are three homes currently under contract in the neighborhood.

The St. Petersburg neighborhood of Holiday Park consists of approximately 714 single family homes built primarily in the 1950's and 1960‘s. The homes in this neighborhood are well maintained. The neighborhood is close to Northwest Park and J. W. Cate Recreation Center. Some of the activities available to residents are baseball, soccer, tennis, gymnastics, karate, cheerleading, basketball, volleyball, dance and swimming. The neighborhood is within walking distance to Tyrone Elementary and Middle Schools. The area is close to employment, shopping, medical facilities and other support services.

The square footage of the homes range from 936 square feet to 3217 square feet with the predominant size being in the 1000 to 2000 square foot range. A large majority of the homes are concrete block construction and have attached garages. A majority of the homes are located on lots that are less than ¼ of an acre.

The Holiday Park neighborhood is north of 22nd avenue north, south of 34th avenue north, east of 66th street and west of 62nd street. Holiday Park Neighborhood Association is open to residents of Holiday Park.
