Happy New Year to all in the group. I am putting 2008 behind me and moving into 2009 with a much more different attitude for this market. Positive is the way to go, remove all the negative players who have surrounded me for the past year or so.

This resolution I am keeping !! Out with the old and in with the new , I know we all say that we are making changes . However, this one is going to stick and I have made a pack with myself. I am not changing the way I do business, why you may ask ? It is not how I have done business ,I am keeping my numbers steady or is it the yearly goals that need to be changed ? No they are reachable ones. It is for me ,who we have around us that can really effect the way we respond to changes in our business. Negative is not for me in 2009.

I am looking for a group who have a positive outlook , with in reason of course. We are still in a normal market as I say with a twist or two. I am considering a change in mortgage people, title people and of course agents who want to work and not just cry that they need more deals.

I am very interested to see what changes you all may be making in the new Year , if any at all.
