I also want to thank you for taking the time to inform us. This is helpful. I spent most of my life in Diamond Bar, CA as a side note. We lived on Round Rock drive and our property backed up to Diamond Bar Blvd. I remember when there was just a dirt field and the Alpha Beta grocery store.
