I have decided....yes, thats right. Decided. This year will be the best year yet for the Pamela Williamson Team. I am no longer content to simply coast along...well I never really was, BUT this is the year I make the changes that will catapult me to the top of my game!! I have decided to take matters into my own hands and shape my destiny and make this year and every year after what i want it to be. Fear will not be a part of my vocabulary anymore.

I have sat down already and made a business plan & an action plan. I have made two new vision boards one for business and one for personal. I have started putting all my scripts in folders and binders by subject. I am still learning from Brian Buffini and Starpower(those are amazing) and they give me the desire and inspiration to surge forward.

I am reworking and tweaking my relocation package, pre-listing package, and listing package. I have scoured the internet for articles of interest for my clients that talk about the current market conditions and what that means for real estate. I have purchesed little note cards to send to clients, friends, family, and business associates. I am reaching out to anyone I helped sell a house to in the past and reaching out to all the people who I helped sell their home. 

I am going to get out there and start knocking on doors in the communities I farm again and start calling people when I have an open house in their area IN CONJUNCTION with the postcards and flyers. I have started rewriting my FSBO and expired listings letters.

I am going to work my butt off and watch my business flourish all the while giving nothing less than extraordinary service to my clients and this is only the beginning.

One of the most important things I am going to do......... I am going to listen more. Period. Very simple, but very effective. I vow to give my undivided attention to whomever I am speaking to and quite simply....listen.

I will shift and do whatever it takes to make it in this market because this is my passion!! I love helping people get into a home and seeing their eyes shine when they are handed those keys. This is what I was meant to do and I will fight with every breathe in my body to keep doing what I love.
