What is your focus this year?
As with most goals, it is a good idea to begin with the end in mind and work backwards. Breaking it down to from year, to month, to daily and even hourly goals keeps this from getting overwhelming.
If we are what we eat, we are also what we think.Thoughts are pretty power and can take us where we never imagined, sometimes good sometimes not so good.
I prefer to stick with the good. There is plenty of negitive out there so I really have to FOCUS on the good. I'm like a sponge when I find something good or positive. I want to eat it all up. But I must remember to also share it because when I do than two people are happy.
