So, here we are in 2009. Will it be a better year? I believe this year is going to be the best year in Real Estate.
When does it start?
I don’t know which season we will see the change in sales but the Economists are saying that it can only get better from here.
You have heard it said by many Real Estate Professionals in Clarksville that you can’t compare our market with the National level. We are a Military town and that makes our area special. We haven’t had to endure the hardship that California and Florida have had.
Where does it start?
It starts with us. We, the consumer, controls the market. As buyer’s, they assign a Realtor to represent them and negotiate the best deal for them. It’s the Seller who controls whether or not the house in your neighborhood will bring your area around. They are the ones who decide if they want their house to go for a lower price, which will in turn cause the neighborhood’s numbers to change.
ExpressBit: Sometimes the Seller has no choice to be take the offer. Also, the appraisal might come in lower.
