Elkhart Indiana is divided up in the County by Townships, there are 16 of them.  I am doing a study on home prices for the year, by Township.  This one is for Osolo Township.

There were 269 homes that sold, from $8,000 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath Manufactured home to a 4 bedroom, 5 bath home selling for $890,000.  This includes all sales of all types of homes going thru the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS (r) Multiple Listing Service.
