Elkhart Indiana is divided up in the County by Townships, there are 16 of them.  I am doing a study on home prices for the year, by Township.  This one is for YorkTownship.

There were 31 homes that sold, from $43,000 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath Manufactured home to a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Log home selling for $535,000.  This includes all sales of all types of homes going thru the Elkhart County Board of REALTORS (r) Multiple Listing Service.
