70%? You must be kidding...are you looking at the splits of good agents?

No kidding! The agents that sign up with our team will be receiving 70% of there commision split. I promise.

I think the previous comment was talking about your deal not really being all that good... Here a 70% split is pretty normal, and the best agents are getting to keep 90% and more. We have one company that just charges $300 per file and lets the agent keep 100%- and the monthly fees are only $75; now that's getting to keep more of your check.

New agents are at about a 55% commision split, therefore 70% is a great start.
