I just thought would be a funny one. What if real estate professionals could draw unemployment. This would be awesome. The market has been kicking me in the fannie. Getting contracts is not the hard part; it's getting the loans approved. A few years ago we were on top of the world; now we are bearing the weight of the world.

Help is on the way. As real estate professionals, we have to band together and educate buyers that now is the time to buy. They will never see it like this again. Buy now, and when the market returns you can retire early.

TIME IS MONEY
