Myspace, Facebook and opening a Google account are great places to start!

True, they're awesome places to be.  In this post though I wanted to point out not only places where you can reach a good amount of people, but places where you could learn more about the art of social networking from people who are implimenting it.  The sites listed are good examples of where you can reach not only prospects, but contemporaries.
