I don't know if you read my last blog, but my December web hits were at an all time HIGH. Which is usually followed up a nice paycheck. The bad news was that December is the worst month I have seen when it comes to actual sales . Kailua Kona Home sales were off by < 65.% > from Dec 2007 sales- which we all know was not a very good year. and taking a look at the 18 properties that went onto escrow last month, 7 of them were either short sales or REO properties. And by the amount of recent showings, and phone calls, and the web hits, I would say that we should see a big increase in sales by February.
