Hello everyone, I'm Becky Brand and I am an Associate Sales Director in Wisconsin with an office of about 80 agents. I have had a blast just scratching the surface of AR this past week. While I no longer actively list and sell I joined AR to learn about blogging so that I can show the way to my agents (I hope I can!) If I am going to encourage them to spend time and effort increasing their internet presence I had better do the same. I didn't realize all the fantastic ideas I would pick up along the way. Thanks to everyone for sharing their ideas and keep them coming! I can definitely tell this is a community of people who work from the attitude of abundance, not scarcity!
I am looking for a group dedicated to sales management and whose members are mostly managers of sales people. Can anyone recommend one? When I do a search, all that seems to come up is property management groups and blogs.
Thanks for any help you can give. Any fellow managers out there? A little more background info: I work for an independent, family owned with approximately 1200 agents in 27 offices.
