Hi Debe-Looks like Charlotte is the happening place. You do such a awesome job highlighting your areas happenings. I think they call that the resident expert. Great job. :-)

Awesome blog! Do you find that these get ranked fast enough for people to find them before the events happen? Just curious as I'd like to do something similar for my area. Any advice you have to give would be greatly appreciated. Happy New Year!

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

Hi Don!  So much to do, so little time!  Yep!  We can't ever fit all we want to do in here in Charlotte!

Hi Sharon!  Thanks and you know, there is just so much to do and I would love to have all the time in the world to take it all in!

Hi Liz!  Thanks and GREAT question!  Alot of what I post are repeat events or sites that have 'happenings' for more than just that day.  I have been watching the clicks for the day and noticed that a number of them are being visited on my website when I post them there.  I also send them directly to Facebook and Twitter which gets seen that day so that I don't have to be 'early' to get them published.  I wish that I could get a week ahead!

Happy New Year to you too!  I wish you all the best in 2009.

What a fun place!  So much to do!  Do you ever take off work and actually go do it?  It seems that everytime something is going on here it is on a weekend that I am scheduled to work.......ahhhh the life of a Realtor!

The RIGHT CHARLOTTE REALTOR!

Hi Deb!  Yes there is and RARELY do I get time to enjoy all that I WANT to do!  I've been here long enough that I know what the best things to do are and try to get to those but, even when I take someone out to show them the town and we do something that wouldn't necessarily be on that list, I thoroughly enjoy it!  As you said, that's part of the job/life of a REALTOR!

Wow, Debe!  Sounds like a person could have a very full day in Charlotte!  Wish it wasn't such a long drive just for a few hours, or I'd do it just to see the ice skating!  Thanks for sharing!
