In December of 2008 there were 5 homes that closed within the month for Ashland MA. This is an decrease of 10 units as there were 15 homes that closed in December of 2007.

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Ashland for December of 2007 was $428,965

The Average list price for the homes that closed in Ashland for December of 2008 was $426,357

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Ashland for December of 2007 was $416,600

The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Ashland for December of 2008 was $397,000

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Ashland in December of 2007 was 108 days.

The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Ashland December of 2008 was 93 days.

 

3 homes went under agreement in Ashland Massachusetts in the month of December. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $284,233. The average time on the market for these Ashland homes were 111 days.

Loreena - thanks for the compliments on my Ashland Market report. They do take some time to put together.

Teri - Yes I get quite a few visitors checking out my local market reports.

Jeff - They were about the same. Real Estate sales are traditionally slower at this time of year for us with the Winter weather change and holidays.

Liz - Ashland overall has done better than some of the other local towns. Many of the homes fall into an attractive price point.

Don - Ashland is a solid town for Real Estate.
