My how Ft. Lauderdale has changed.....and continues to change. Ft. Lauderdale has a new development of villas priced from the $200,000's called the Tuscan Villas.  If you know Ft. Lauderdale...and Las Olas...you know this is a pretty central location.

Most of the new development in downtown Ft. Lauderdale has been higher priced luxury condos starting in the $500s so it will be interesting to see how the market reacts to this latest development in the area.
