The more I read and learn the more I realize this blogging thing takes time.  I have know for a while that you can use links for "A call to Action" but it wasn't until a month ago that someone really explained links to me.

If I use "Real Estate in Chesapeake VA" I can highlight it and link it.  When I link it, you insert the URL of your website I.E.  http://chesapeakenorfolk.com  Then under description, you put in a common google search phrase I.E. "search for real estate in Chesapeake VA".

This will put in a link (call to action) for your website that ties a relevant and new source of information (your blog) about Chesapeake Va to a Relevant source of information about Chesapeake Va (your website) This is what Search engines look for and index.  The more you do this the higher you will climb.

Thanks for the suggestion.  I am still an infant to AR and trying to learn all right things.  Like how do you have the tab ADD AS ASSOCIATE above your photo, etc.  Appreciate the tips!

Brady,  Thanks for the linking information.  I do have a huge question for you though.  How do you get all of your iframes to show up on your active rain blog.  Thy appear under your photo and contact information on the right hand side of your blog.

You've gotta share your secret, and thanks!

Brady- Nice job on using your text links. Link building also needs to include internal links. Those are the most powerful once the spiders get to you. One way links coming in to your site or blog from outside related sources that are "more important" and indexed of course, bring the most value and help you climb fastest in the SERPS. But internal linking once the bot is on your site or blog keeps them crawling. Katerina

Brady- you need to remove the "," between your city and VA. The comma breaks up the keywords. Katerina

Vickie, I found a blog on it last night, I did a search for blog set up, and found a guy that has built quite a few of these for Active Rainer's, I will look for it again and post it.

Katerina, Thanks I didn't know that either, I love learning!!!

Katerina, I went back and looked, I had the comma on the outside but the link didn't have it.  Not sure if that matters but I changed both, I also went to your blog, very very nice

Hi Brady, I'm finding that links are so important. I'm trying to figure out the 'internat' linking aspect that Katerina mentioned.

Marian, I meant to get back to Katerina about that myself, and when I went to her blog, a thousand other things caught my eye that I started trying and I forgot all about it.
