Well lets hope so, for obvious reasons. As I look at the new year and hope for the best, I also look at my son and daughter and look into the next century....I know that's deep, but why only look at 2009? In real estate as buyer, seller or investor, what does the next 5 years look like?
Certainly can't be worse than now I would hope. But there is a lot of excitement in the thought of investing now and creating some cash flow down the road for....ummmm....some college tuition maybe. With interest rates down around 5%, lots of foreclosures to choose from and deals to be had, I think it's time to get that real estate portfolio on track for the next 5 or 10 years....
