Looks like a great home - True, true, true, if it's priced right, it's gone! Just like costco, if you don't "think about it" next time you go to buy it, it's gone. kM

I agree properties will sell if the seller is educated and willing to price the property correctly and those are the same statistics that I find to hold true with a properly priced home.
