WeddingPixWhat a way to celebrate New Year's Eve.   We attended two great events on this day.  First, our nephew, Todd Gaujot married Tracy Miller, in Lewisburg, WV.  It was a small wedding held at the Lewisburg United Methodist Church.   The bride had changed clothes after the photo shots of the wedding party, but wore the bridal veil all evening.

 Greenbrier

Secondly, we attended the reception dinner held at the Greenbrier Resort,  The Greenbrier, is an award winning, five-diamond luxury resort and hotel in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

This was really a special New Year's Eve, and a great way to ring in the New Year!  Celebrating a wedding, and dinner and dancing at this great resort.

Party

I hope you all had a Happy New Year's Eve night, and spent it either in the quietness of your cozy home with family, or celebrated the evening with a bang, as we did.

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy and prosperous year in 2009.

Now that's the way to celebrate New Years Eve!  I love the Greenbrier... we haven't been in years but it is just fantastic.

I haven't forgotten about the banner, btw.  I'm still working on it! :)

Rebecca - My sister and brother-in-law were also married on New Year's Eve 13 years ago.  No, they never forget their anniversary!  How blessed you all were to be able to party the night away at the Greenbriar!  Its such a gorgeous setting!  Congratulations to the newlyweds and thanks for sharing the photos -
