People ask me now and then, Why live in the Prescott area.

Well I woke up this morning and 5:15 AM. Sun is coming up, birds are chirping and signing.  I let the dogs out and head for my cup of coffee. Turn on the computer and walk out on the deck. The air is crisp and oh man is it clean. Coffee tastes better on mornings like this. Then the horses are up and moving about waiting for there feed. The trees are leaving up and it is going to be a fantastic day. It makes you want to do something, anything outdoors.  Today is a short trip to Phoenix, Should be a pleasant Sunday drive and back. Then play with the horses, training and grooming them. Today I will have very little time for Real Estate, just going to enjoy the day of about 75 degrees and a slight breeze. It makes me smile. Days like these are why more and more peolple are heading to the Prescott area. It makes the idea of a deck community stronger than ever. I might just BBQ this afternoon with a nice T-bone and some shrimp. I want all of you across the nation to enjoy today as I am sure we will. Yep, this is why we have chose to live here.

I love Prescott. We come to those craft shows in the square sometimes. We live in Payson, though. Less traffic/fewer people. Isn't it nice to be where it is cool when they start talking about 100 degree temps in the Valley?
