A few of my clients have definitely benefit from the homes/condos in the Ewa/Ocean Pointe area due to the lower prices.

It is a great opportunity for sure in Ewa Beach and Ocean Pointe. As soon as Ft Weaver Road expansion (6 months) and the new North South Road (about a year) are completed, Ewa Beach will be an even better place to live than it is right now.

Hoakalei is great huh? I played 18 with Tonya yesterday and the greens are getting much, much better. They are rolling them daily and are coming around nicely. The back 9 should be open soon and we will go and play after Ernie Els comes here Monday for the grand opening ceremony.

Hi David—Brrrrrrrrrr... freezing in Texas and missing Ewa Beach something awful! Are you working many of the short sales in Ewa or are are you focusing in other areas? I'm working with a few realtors in Texas on SS. Some realtors either need/want help dealing with the mortgage companies. Our experience opened this up for me, so I'm even more grateful to you than before. Mahalo!

Aloha Linda and yes, "Brrrr" is definitely appropriate for you guys! Short Sales are showing themselves pretty much everywhere but there are more on the Leeward Coast than anywhere else. I wont say that I "specailize" in Short Sales but I am competent at doing them. One thing I have learned is that each mortgage company operates just a bit differently but in the end, they all want the same thing. There is no doubt that our experience together set me up for success to assist others in the same position. So are you acting as a loss mitigation representative for the sellers?
