The Pasco County Fair for 2009 will take place at the fairgrounds at 36722 State Road 52, Dade City, Florida from February 16th to February 22nd this year. I remember up north the county fairs always occurred in the summer. But here in Florida it is more common for the county and the state fairs to take place in the cooler winter months.
