Adding sparkle  to any home is important. In this case I am talking about the lighting throughout the home. This not only includes the electrical lighting but also the light that comes from the windows.

Make sure that all the light bulbs are working and are the proper wattage so that the room is properly illuminated.  In addition make sure all the windows throughout the home have been professionally cleaned inside and out.  This will make a HUGE difference in allowing natural light to flood the room. Having natural light coming into the room will create a mood that can not be recreated easily with electrical lighting so take advantage of clean windows!

Not all views are good so sometimes window dressings are important but if they are not necessary make sure that the window coverings are open so that people can see out of the windows. If any of the window coverings are broken or in poor condition have the homeowner remove them. 

Bring in the sparkle and get the sold sign posted!
