18 Comments on Top 10 Cities For Real Estate Investing, 2008
The Dallas/Fort Worth area has great job growth and low cost of living going for it. That's why we're at the top of the list.
Lorrie...that's right! Good for you..hope you get alot of investor buyers! Take care!
Interesting, but I don't buy it. I guess everyone can have their opinions, but I would say Southern California (after a 40% drop over the past 36 months) would have a huge upside for potential return on investment.

I'm not sure I have the right temperment for working with investors. I had a few last year and I ended up firing them!
We are talking about investing and profits now, not in some area that might make it back in twenty four months. WAY TO GO TEXAS.
Hi Kristen-I love the circle top windows in the house. Very informative post. I guess that means if I want to invest in real estate I should move to Texas. Well I could marry a rich man and travel the country in a motor home. NAH! I'd have more fun traveling and letting them try and keep up. LOL
I posted a pic on Speechless Sunday I think you'll like as well as what I left you when I commented back to you on the post with the bird fig. I'll leave you both links. I look forward to more cyber chats and if I get that motor home and travel then I'll be sure to come to WI. Just not in the winter :-)

Be very careful though as there is an addictive website on there. :-) I have so many ones that i could cover my entire walls in every room. Now all i have to do is find the time to finish them. :-)
Cameron..I agree with you too! Just passing along the info I found online today. As you know, there are so many reports/stats/sources. Good point!
Lorrie...I have been there too! I had both challenging buyers and sellers this past year...
Don..you are too funny! Go Texas go, right? Everythings bigger, along with the profits, in Texas....:-)
Hi again Sharon! Great to hear from you! I think you are doing so well for only being on AR for a short time. You must be a techy, you are so confident! Keep it up!
Good information for investors. Philadelphia is also a great place for Real Estate investment. There are some great buys.
Gita...thank you! I hope to get to Philadelphia some day, and I am sure I will (since my hubby is a history teacher and of course loves the area!). Take care...
Woo hoo! Dallas Texas is number one! Thanks for sharing :-)
You bet..I can see why you like that! Good for you..hope you get lots of business this year1
I'm surprised there isn't a Florida city on the list....seems like they are near the bottom of their market.
Cindy..love the name slogan by the way! Very catchy! I was surprised on that too...thanks for the comment!
Having lived in Dallas, I can definately see why it would be at the top of the list! I'm from Atlanta and I also thought it would make the list, but did not see it coming in that high.
Hello again! Another Texan, huh? And Atlanta, and Split? You travel alot! Good for you! Thanks for the comment again...
